1999 Video of Seibukan Kata: The Red, White and Blue Puzzle Mat Video were the first professional video produced of Hanshi Shimabukuro.

The iconic 1999 Kyan’s Karate Video DVD was produced by Dan Smith in Atlanta, Georgia USA. There were more than a dozen hours of video that was not included in the production of the first video of all Seibukan kata, kihon and kumite.

Over the next few months never been published video will be featured. The various side and back views of the kata and out takes of the details with foot work and postures provide great detail of Hanshi Shimabukuro’s techniques.

The kata presented here will give unique insights to the performances of the kata.
